¿HOW DO I SIGN IN?

CREATE A JAZMIN CHEBAR ACCOUNT

To create your Jazmin Chebar account, follow these steps:

1. Click ‘My account’ in the top right corner of the home page.

2. In the ID page, specify your e-mail address in the field ‘New client’.

3. Click ‘Continue’ and complete the rest of the information required. You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of the account creation and a reminder of the ID data. You will need this information to identify yourself and place an order on the site.

Your Jazmin Chebar account allows you to place an order and carry out the following actions:

- Track your order
- Consult and modify your personal information./p>

LOG IN

To log in to your account, click ‘My account’ in the top right corner of the home page and complete your ID information in the required fields.

SUBSCRIPTION TO OUR NEWSLETTER

To subscribe to the newsletter, complete your e-mail address in the field that is on the top left corner of the home page, on the section ‘Subscribe to the newsletter’, and complete the fields of treatment, name, last name and e-mail address in the subscription window.

To cancel your subscription to the newsletter, click the link of subscription cancelation that is on the bottom of the newsletter Jazmin Chebar section.

YOUR PASSWORD

Your password is necessary to access to your account, place an order and get tracking information. If you can’t remember your password, click on ‘I’ve forgotten my password’ and enter you e-mail address in the ID field. We will send you an e-mail to reset your password.

To change your password, you just need to access your account and click the link ‘Modify’ in the specific field of the password.

CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS BY EMAIL

The default billing address that Jazmin Chebar uses is the shipping address. To change it, access your account and click on ‘My addresses’. Search out the billing addresses and select the default billing address. If there isn’t one, add a new address or modify the existing one.

WHAT IS A PROMO CODE?

Using a promo code

To use a promo code, enter the promo code on the promo code field during the checkout. Once it is validated, the discount will automatically apply to the order.

PAYMENT

Payment in the online store can be made through credit card or Pay Pal. Jazminchebar.com offers a credit card payment system that is 100% safe. All the numbers are encrypted and do not suffer any threat in our data base, then being transmitted directly to the credit card administrator.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Jazmin Chebar exchange and return policy:

1. Complete the form that you received with your order

2. Take it to the USPS office of your convenience, with the complete form and the garment in the same conditions that you received it in

3. Once we receive your order, you will be contacted by our Customer service department to coordinate the exchange details.

- Motive: exchange or return, whether it is for online store credit or refund through credit card.

Exchanges

Every product you acquire through www.jazminchebar.com can be exchanged within a maximum period of thirty (30) business days from the date of arrival of your purchase, or returned within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) business hours from the date of arrival of your purchase

Products must be in the same condition they were delivered in, not used, and with original packaging and labels in good conditions.

‘Original packaging’ refers to boxes/protective shoe covers, bijou sachets, plastic bags and hygienic liner in swimwear; warranty and explanatory brochures, are considered part of the product. Customized products or tailored products (with hem, clothespins, etc.) can’t be exchanged or returned. Products must not be washed or used, and must not have odors, stains, marks on the sole or alterations made by the customer.

The customer has to carry out the exchange or return of the product/s by shipping through USPS. First shipping is free of charge, and then on customer charge. Shipping costs informed only cover for one purchase and one exchange or return. If needed an extra movement it will be on customer charge.

Important: no exchanges are made of underwear, accessories and swimsuits, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing fault.

Returns

Despite the attention we put in our customers’ orders, and the quality control we carry out before we ship them, it can happen exceptionally that an item presents a quality defect.

This applies to online returns and in stores: there it the option of returning the product and request the refund in online store credit, or in cash. The amount considered is the one that you paid for the product at the moment you purchased it, regardless of the value that it has when you exchange it.

The online store credit or credit card refund will be issued once the garment is received in our warehouse and we verify that it is unused, in good condition and with its original packaging and labels.

IF I RETURN AN ITEM, WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

We will process your refund within a maximum of 7 business days after receiving your return. The amount of the returned items will be issued to your bank account. The products can be returned within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) business hours from the date of receipt of the order, or a credit note may be requested within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order

RESERVING A PRODUCT

It is not possible to reserve any article in our online store.

WHY IS THE PRODUCT NOT IN THE ONLINE STORE?

At the end of the season, some items may not appear in our online store. The maintenance service removes products that are no longer available and whose stock will not be renewed until the end of the season.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHS

Our online store presents the principal characteristics of the article in the technical specifications section of the product. However, it may occur that the images, photographs and colors of the articles on sale do not correspond to the real colors depending on the Internet browser or the screen used.

To know the size correspondence of Jazmin Chebar, we recommend you to consult the size guide available in each of the technical specifications section of the product.
